Since the last update we worked with the legendary Jordan Fields to make his 2xLP album “Sequences and Simulations” a reality. This was a huge step in the direction of earning our stripes as a “real label”. Orders for that open today. Go visit our shop to make an order. This release is limited to 300 copies that will ever be made.
Our Used Records sales have been somewhat slow but we still get a few sales from Discogs per week. They are smaller orders but typically for more expensive records, so it appears there is still hope. We’ve got a friend helping us from time to time now. He helps us list music for sale or alphabetize and organize things. It has helped immensely to keep us focused and moving forward, so if you are reading this, thank you Donnell!

The largest portion of our income in 2025 came from Lathe Cuts, or in other words, from making customers custom vinyl records. We cut about 100 or so records for use by collectors and DJ’s all over the USA and a few in Europe in 2025. They’ve been used by DJs such as Frankie Bones, Gettoblaster, Tyree Cooper, DJ Brett B, LNWRKE, DJ Jes One, and many more, we have also worked closely this year with 12 inch Skinz to develop miniature scratch records to play with on miniature turntables. We are currently working with a few artists on some unique projects which we will hopefully be able to share good news about soon. Fun projects present new challenges and stresses but are ultimately the most rewarding as far as cutting them goes. They usually take a lot more setup and adjustment but there is a satisfaction in getting the machine to finally cut something the best it can. lt us gives a great sense of fulfillment to help artists finally have their music on vinyl. Keep them coming. Our quality is only going to keep improving as time progresses. Just recently the machine got a major upgrade simply through a better understanding of one function that we had misunderstood previously. We are also finally getting a better sense for when noise is caused by a worn out cutting stylus or some other source, this is surprisingly hard for people as new to this as we are, having only been studying record cutting seriously for a few years these are things you can’t read about but get a sense of over time. Small things like that can do a lot to keep our fidelity increasing. It has been a really fun learning experience to cut all these different types of music from pop, rock, industrial, noise, EDM and everything in-between.
We now offer large hole 7” records. This was a highly requested option and we are proud to offer both small and big hole 7” now. Same price, $10 setup per project, $10 each copy, both of these types of record can be cut 33rpm or 45RPM if you have a preference. Of course, we still offer 12” and can also cut those 33rm or 45rpm. These are still $20 setup, and $20 each copy.
We’ve also been considering a table or display of some kind at a couple of conventions this year but still unsure. That might be a 2027 thing.
Among all this activity we are also redesigning the studio, which will be a big project. I will try to make another post if we follow through with the remodel to document it for anyone who is interested in that type of thing. The main studio room is not very big, so some space saving solutions are needed, as well as more efficient uses of space. Where only the most frequently used things are hooked up and everything else is put away somewhere. We need to reduce clutter and have a garage sale or something. Many new ideas flowing about this project.
There’s one more thing.

FRR006 is already in the works and will hopefully be out by the end of the year. Another limited release 2xLP album from a house music legend, this time we are bringing out none other than DJ Jes, owner of Fresca recordings, out of Chicago USA. Dj Jes has been doing the thing forever, and on labels such as Afterhours, Underground Construction, Siesta, Camouflage, Contaminated Musik, IHR, Catalyst, the list goes on and on, and we are honored to be included in that list. We are hoping to have it shipping out by the end of 2026 or beginning of 2027. Extremely excited to share this release with the world.
Thanks for reading all of this! That is all for now. Go visit the store and buy some stuff!
